The New Mexico Technology Council proudly presents the 2027 Women in Tech Awards, celebrating the outstanding achievements of women shaping New Mexico’s technology industry.
This award honors the remarkable women who are transforming the tech industry and opening doors for others to follow. Honorees are trailblazers who have made a substantial impact in their field, demonstrated leadership, brought innovation to their work, and helped other women build successful careers in tech. These women have proven that success isn’t limited by gender, and we can’t wait to see what they’ll achieve next.
Nomination Criteria
To be eligible, nominees must:

Be a New Mexico resident.

Work in a technical role. Nominees should have hands-on technical expertise in a field including but not limited to, software development, engineering, data science, cybersecurity, IT and infrastructure, scientific research, or technical product development.

Not be a past Women in Tech Award recipient.
Nominations close Sunday, November 22nd 2026 at 5PM MST. After nominations close, eligible nominees will be contacted by email with an application form to complete.
