Annemarie Henton has spent her career at the intersection of people, big ideas, and community leadership. Today, that intersection runs straight through data and AI. 

 

Annemarie is the Chief Growth Officer of RS21, a New Mexico-based data readiness company that helps federal government, state and local agencies, utilities, and healthcare organizations move from fragmented, siloed, messy data environments to trusted, smart data systems that power real decisions and make a meaningful difference in the world. She gets excited about getting skeptical leaders off the sidelines and into action when it comes to using data for good. 

 

Before RS21, Annemarie spent nearly a decade in economic development, recruiting companies such as Netflix and Facebook to the Albuquerque metro area. A national speaker on bold optimism, generations in the workplace, and strategic networking, she loves inspiring people to see possibilities in obstacles.
