A local information technology and cybersecurity firm bought three buildings in downtown Albuquerque that once housed award-winning Marble Brewery's office suites and storage areas for $1.8 million.

John Crumbacher, who owns a

cybersecurity firm, plans to use one of the buildings for his business while leasing the other two. Billy Lehmann and Jeremy Salazar of Resolut RE represented Crumbacher in the deal.

Crumbacher's computer support and services company, also called Crumbacher, will occupy the 4,000-square-foot building at 1000 Second St. NW. The property was built in 1948.
