This month, we feature Red to Green HR Consulting.

Red to Green HR Consulting's mission:

Red to Green HR Consulting s (R2G) mission is to help small and midsize organizations leverage their people to grow, reduce risk, and achieve their goals.

What R2G does:

Red to Green HR Consulting (R2G) helps organizations when their HR needs have outgrown their internal

expertise or when something has gone

sideways and they need experienced fractional (part-time) leadership. R2G gets called called when there’s an HR crisis, an unexpected loss of an HR leader, a complicated employee or leadership issue, significant organizational change, or an HR team that needs someone more senior to guide them. R2G will solve the immediate problem, explain the why behind the solution, and build the team's capability along the way.

R2G's superpower:

R2G's superpower is combining business judgment with HR expertise and applying it to their clients. R2G doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all HR solutions. It looks at what the organization is trying to accomplish, where it is today, and what it realistically has the capacity to do. Then it helps build a practical solution that works for the business now and can grow with it.

Why R2G does business in New Mexico:

I moved to New Mexico three years ago and have become increasingly invested in the people and business community here. There is something special about New Mexico's combination of technology, entrepreneurship, research, nonprofits, small businesses, and a desire to build something better.

I also believe New Mexico has tremendous talent and potential. As someone who has spent much of my career working with technology companies and organizations going through periods of growth and change, I want to contribute some of that experience here.

For me, doing business in New Mexico isn't just about having clients here. It's about becoming part of the community, sharing what I know, learning from others, and helping strengthen the organizations that are helping New Mexico grow.

Why R2G joined the New Mexico Technology Council:

Technology has been a significant part of my career, and NMTC felt like a natural place to connect with the people and organizations shaping New Mexico's technology ecosystem.

NMTC brings together people thinking about technology, entrepreneurship, investment, workforce, and economic development and I want to contribute to this conversation..

I'm also at a point in my career where I want to give back. I've accumulated a lot of experience over the years, and I enjoy sharing it with founders, leaders, and other professionals who are building their organizations or careers.

One thing R2G hopes to achieve within the next year:

My goal is pretty simple: build a small portfolio of meaningful relationships with New Mexico organizations where my experience can make a real difference.

I'm not interested in building a huge consulting firm. I want to work with a handful of organizations where I can bring senior-level HR and business experience to complicated situations, help leaders make better decisions, and ideally make myself less necessary over time.

And, perhaps just as importantly, I want to continue becoming a more active member of New Mexico's business and technology community.
