Our founder and CEO is a New Mexico native who raised his family here, and the well-being of this community holds a special place in our hearts. Why did you join NMTC and what do you hope to gain by being part of the membership?

We joined the New Mexico Technology Council to connect with like-minded professionals and organizations that are passionate about technology and innovation. Being part of NMTC allows us to stay at the forefront of industry trends, share knowledge, and collaborate on initiatives that drive progress. We look forward to building strong partnerships and contributing to the growth and success of the tech community in New Mexico.

Please share one goal you have for your company within the next 12 months.

Our goal for the next 12 months is to not just satisfy customers but to invest in the latest and greatest support technology to create consistent raving fans. This includes proactive and remote monitoring of our customers’ networked devices for record-breaking minimalized customer downtime. Additionally, we are launching an integrated eCommerce store that will empower customers not under our service agreement to receive automated notifications to replenish supplies with a direct link to purchase that item. Our eCommerce site will ship nationally, ensuring convenience and efficiency for all our customers.
